History

Established in 2014 near Fredonia, NY, Lupulin Fields is re-purposing a historic, overgrown vineyard in the fertile Lake Erie watershed to grow hops — New York States #1 cash crop a century ago.

Our hops are properly dried, processed and packaged in oxygen-free mylar bags. Test results are made available with each order to ensure compliance with variety-specific quality standards.
